Quin’s Dream works to foster healthy, diverse, vibrant communities by providing scholarships to those with academic merit but lacking the financial means to pursue undergraduate degrees or vocational/trade school certification.
We also offer financial management education to increase understanding of money, debt and assets to scholarship recipients.
Our third aim to promote our mission is to develop, operate and advocate for home rental and ownership with a portion of the proceeds from these homes going to support the scholarship fund.
Quin’s Dream is a non-profit organization established in 2015 in memory of Betress “Quin” Echols who after retiring in 2005 from teaching high school Chemistry and Biology for more than 35 years, continued her lifelong commitment to teaching by tutoring students of all ages and supporting everyone’s graduation from kindergarten through graduate school. She believed that everyone was capable of academic success. Quin was killed in an automobile accident in February 2014. This nonprofit aims to continue her legacy of leading, learning and giving.
Whether you help through monthly monetary donations, volunteering your time, or spreading our mission through word-of-mouth, thank you. We couldn't accomplish our goals without the help of supporters like you.

So many are sound income earners, yet a large portion of individuals have no financial management savvy. Many enter financial bondage at an early age and remain there throughout much of their lives because of limited knowledge and choices. Quin's Dream aims to educate our scholars with sound, practical financial advice so that financial decisions made now are beneficial for a lifetime.
You can also donate your talents by volunteering to teach financial literacy. Trained in financial literacy and want to be a legacy builder?
Your property contributions will also enable us to fund even more college scholarships and financial education courses.
Home rental and ownership creates stronger communities and a stronger society. Interested in donating property? For physical property donations, you may contact us below and specify "property donation" in the comment section.
