NEW PARTNER! DFW Chapter of Clark Atlanta University Alumni Association, Inc.
Quin’s Dream is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization whose mission is to foster healthy, diverse, vibrant communities by providing scholarships to those with academic merit but lacking the financial means to pursue undergraduate degrees or vocational/trade school certification.
We also offer health (physical and emotional wellness) and science and engineering outreach, and financial management education to increase understanding of money, debt and assets to scholarship recipients.
Our third aim to promote our mission is to develop, operate and advocate for home rental and ownership with a portion of the proceeds from these homes going to support scholarships.
Quin’s Dream is a non-profit organization established in 2015 in memory of Betress “Quin” Echols who after retiring in 2005 from teaching high school Chemistry and Biology for more than 35 years, continued her lifelong commitment to teaching by tutoring students of all ages and supporting everyone’s graduation from kindergarten through graduate school. She believed that everyone was capable of academic success. Quin was killed in an automobile accident in February 2014. This nonprofit aims to continue her legacy of leading, learning and giving.
Whether you help through monthly monetary donations, volunteering your time, or spreading our mission through word-of-mouth, thank you. We couldn't accomplish our goals without the help of supporters like you.
By making a monthly contribution to Quin's Dream you are propelling scholars with merit forward who lack the finances necessary to attend school.
Quin's Dream aims to raise $10,000 to fund scholarships and financial management courses. Additionally, Quin's Dream focuses on mentoring in the areas of physical, mental and emotional wellness for youth. By becoming a monthly or yearly donor, you become a part of the Quin's Dream mission.
This organization is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Donations are tax deductible. By contributing to Quin's Dream scholarship and health and financial wellness programs, you are helping scholars with merit who lack finances to attend school.
